Simone joined LUA in 2008 as Practice Manager. She has an interesting and varied career history; her last post was as Administrative Manager in Urology andTrauma & Orthopaedics at University College Hospital. Prior to this she worked as a Medical Personal Assistant in Uro-Oncology also at University College Hospital. She has built up excellent managing as well as administrative skills and has good background knowledge within urology.
Simone holds a MA Social Sciences with distinction (focus on health management), BSc Biomedical Sciences and Certificate as Artzhelferin (apprentice in a surgery in Germany). She also attends numerous courses to keep her professional development updated.

Nichola joined LUA in 2005 as Practice Secretary. She has held the post of Office Manager since 2008. She has a varied experience in medical practices following the completion of her studying in 1996. Nichola has gained valuable experience as a medical secretary in both NHS and private practice. At LUA she has continued to expand on this experience and has attended courses to develop her career.

Tracy joined London Urology Associates in 2008 as Practise Secretary. She completed her nurse training at University College Hospitals, London and specialised in Genito-Urinary medicine, attending various courses to keep her professional development up-to-date. Tracy then went on to gain several secretarial qualifications. She gained experience in various medical secretary and practise manager posts before starting her own business to enable her to spend more time with her children.

Charlotte joined LUA in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant. Whilst taking her GCSE's and A levels Charlotte gained good interpersonal and office skills as a Kennel Manager and Receptionist for a vetetinary centre. After gaining her A levels she worked for a few months as an office assistant for a mobile phone company. She is now putting these skills to good use as well as increasing her working experience.
