At the British Association of Urological Surgeons annual meeting in Glasgow this week
Mark Emberton was awarded the Gold Cystoscope - an award given for outstanding achievement to a British Trained Urologist within 10 years of qualifying.
Mark has a specialist urological practice based at University College Hospital, London, which focuses on diseases of the prostate, both benign and malignant. His research interests are chiefly focused on diseases of the prostate gland. He is also interested in an evidence-based approach to clinical practice and is involved in the production of guidelines and care pathways. He is a regular presenter at international scientific meetings and has published extensively in the surgical journals.
