Rowena Couling, LUA's Urology Nurse Practitioner, has recently qualified as a nurse prescriber. This new qualification will allow her to assess patients and prescribe medication as appropriate for their urological conditions. She will also be able to prescribe for patients attending for long-term follow up after procedures such as HIFU.
Roelinda Smith, Urology Clinical Nurse Specialist, will start training for this qualification in the autumn.
